P A U S E  is a project of conscious pop-ups based on adaptability, dynamism, inclusion, and collaboration. To celebrate sustainable fashion design, we curate a special selection of brands/designers, art exhibitions, and performances to be all together in a temporary space and time.

THE ROLE //

Are you communicative, creative, solution oriented with organizational skills and do you have a big passion for fashion, art, and sustainability? We love to hear from you!

At P A U S E pop-up you get a lot of freedom to generate sales and build relations with our members. You are the face of our company, responsible for building an engaged a passionate community.

Your tasks:

• Search and contact upcoming international and local designers introducing our pop-up concept and closing memberships with them.
• Building, supporting, and maintaining relationships with existing designers;
• Ensuring various sales reports and analysis of the sales figures;
• Develop sales strategies;
• Aftersales;
• Updating and maintaining customer base;
• Develop own ideas.

What we are looking for:

• Available 30 hours per week, flexible schedule;
• A driven, hands-on person;
• In possession of a laptop;
• Interested in social business;
• Strong written and verbal communications skills;
• Fluent in English and Dutch;
• Eager to learn and take on challenges;
• Fit the P A U S E profile, you have a passion for fashion and sustainability;
• Flexible mindset;
• Independent;
• Ideally, you are a third year HBO/University student (marketing/sales).

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION INTERN

THE ROLE //

You are responsible for creating and distributing awesome cohesive content across the web. Through our own social media channels, partnerships and our own blog you will market our content to new and existing customers and turn it into clicks and conversions. Are you communicative, creative, solution oriented with organizational skills and do you have a big passion for fashion, art, and sustainability?

Your tasks

• Media relations: contacting journalists around the world, by phone, email, and face to face;
• Manage business relationships with the media and be proactive/reactive to consumer and business-to-business media relations;
• Create and implement off-line campaigns;
• Create and implement PR strategies;
• Entrepreneurial driven spirit;
• Creative Writing Skills;
• Create the optimal exposure and spread our content through social media, email and our blog to consistently increase our organic traffic to our website
• Engage external partners (media, bloggers, influencers) to maximize mentions and brands awareness;
• Passionate about sharing inspiring stories.

What we are looking for:

• Available 30 hours per week, flexible schedule;
• An international perspective;
• Knowledge of photography, Illustrator, and Photoshop;
• Managing the execution of Social Media activities and create assets for social media platforms;
• Managing the execution of Social Media strategy;
• Good communication skills;
• In a possession of a laptop to work;
• Ideally, you are a third year HBO/University student (Marketing).

THE ROLE //

Your tasks:

• Strong writing and conceptual skills;
• Create and/or edit engaging brand content including search engine optimized website copy and articles, blog posts, social media posts, ad mail, and newsletter;
• Post content on our social media channels, website, and other potential channels;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, artists, fashion bloggers, stylist, photographers.

What we are looking for:

• Highly Creative person
• Available 30 hours per week. Flexible schedule.
• Must have strong knowledge and passion in creating, editing, and promoting written and visual content;
• A driven, hands-on person;
• In possession of a laptop;
• Strong written and verbal communications skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Eager to learn and take on challenges;
• Fit the P A U S E profile, you have a passion for fashion and sustainability;
• Flexible mindset;
• Independent;
• Ideally, you are a third year HBO/University student (Communication).
